Most parents are glad to be out of the loop when it comes to tests, grades and other academic issues. Others are eager to see each assignment, quiz, test and even brainstorm and strategize on the best use of each session’s time.

Either way, it’s your way, but our way as well.

We love to be completely in the loop, access to online grade tracking, specifically knowing the date of an upcoming test, and the exact material to cover to prepare for a quiz, the format of any essays to be written. So, it’s a balance.

The main thing that we keep hearing is that families seem to get along even better after they hire a know it all tutor. Parents, all we ask is that you are responsive when we need you included.

Also, the more information you share with us, the better. Hey, if you normally have a session on Thursdays, but this week you have a test on a Tuesday, give us a shout, a call, an email, a text, and that’s the beauty of being able to schedule any day, yes, any day (M/T/W/Th/F/Sat/Sun). Give us as much notice as possible, and parents are usually aware that weekly consistency is the key to our success.
